UPDATE:
I have updated this to version 3. I remade it from scratch, and it is now MUCH higher quality.
I know it might look a bit uglier in the preview, but trust me, the preview lies.
The Start Orb Changer may give you some error messages. I don't know why it does that, but it seems to work fine.

Some notable changes:
- It is now 2 pixels from the edge of the screen, just like the close button when maximized.
- It now has the glow when hovering.
- The edge is no longer tinted blue.
- It no longer has that 1 pixel-tall white edge at the top.
- It's now slightly transparent, just like the close button.
- The Windows logo is a bit cleaner and better spaced.

Once upon a time, I discovered a theme for Windows 7 called Sonye V2. It had an awesome start "orb" that reminded me of the min/max/close buttons in Vista & 7, as well as the Firefox 4.0 button. But it was smooth and gradient looking, instead of the sharp glassy look of the close button.
So I made my own.
Here it is!

Feel free to do whatever you want with it.

I recommend you use this with [link] by :iconkishan-bagaria:

And here's Sonye, the theme that inspired me to do this: [link]

I've been using the Sonye theme for long time, its good to see people make adjustments to it, and adding more variations to it, instead of creating a completely new theme with a new start button. (My 2cents) Any who nicely done, keep it up!!!!

The funny is that at my FireFox I use a modified AppMenuButton which is Steelblue colored... Same almost!...
